Nick Holloway, Jason Rowbottom, Amy Escott and Mo Rowbottom went into partnership in 2003 and opened Nu Nu on Palm Cove beach, north of Cairns, the year after. Nick has been a guest chef on MasterChef Australia. Two decades on, all four are still here to stay.

$1 million raised for the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation since 2004.
Each Melbourne Cup, the restaurant becomes a fundraiser. In 2023 alone we raised $100,000. It’s the day of the year the room is most alive.
