Feasting boxes and platters, made in the Nu Nu kitchen and delivered cold-chain to your door. You plate, you take the credit.
Full service
Chefs, floor team and bar travel with the food. We set, serve, pour and disappear with the dishes.
The whole circus
No venue, no problem: kitchen marquee, generators, cool rooms, styling, staging. Name the paddock and we'll build the party on it.
Cooked there lately
Twenty years of events in Cairns and Far North Queensland, very few of them in rooms built for events.
